Ages 6-12: Warriors Group
Basic Athleticism, 101 Wrestling Skills, Lots of Fun!
Goals for Warriors Classes








Get a Crash Course in Fundamentals of Wrestling
Instill a strong sense of discipline in young athletes
Help improve their self-confidence by facing adversity
Socializing with their peers and making new friends
Develop basic athletic skills necessary for wrestling
Develop muscle memory on basic wrestling drills
Create a strong base needed for future success.
Having a ton of fun while growing as a wrestler.


Warrior Class Structure

90-minute classes
-
10-minute dynamic warmup
-
50 minutes of instruction, learning, and drilling (repetition).

20 minutes of live wrestling
-
5 minutes of cardio/conditioning
-
5 minutes of game, if the group worked hard & paid attention.
Age 6-8 Practice Schedule
Mondays from 6:00 - 7:30pm
Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:30pm
Sundays from 2:00 - 3:30pm **
**Sundays run on non-competition weekends. When we compete, Sunday is a rest day**

This video is from our original location. But, the beauty of this warmup is that while small pieces change, it largely remains the same over time. Kids learn athleticism through these drills, which helps them become well rounded wrestlers & athletes.
Ages 13-18: Hammers Group
Everything a junior high or high school wrestler needs to succeed. Beginners welcome, and will be caught up to speed quickly!

Develop elite tendencies that will fuel success
Work hard and focus in practice at all times
Foster the learner's mindset for maximum growth
Become a student of wrestling's technical details
Grow both on and off the wrestling mats
Improve mindset to maximize competition results
Be coachable & responsive to constructive feedback
Strive to be incrementally (1%) better each day


How These Classes Are Structured
