Head Coach Jason Weslager
As a competitor in Pennsylvania, Coach Weslager finished his HS Career with 115 wins, two state medals (7th and 2nd), an NHSCA National Championship to go along with a runner-up finish from the previous season. He was a 4x Freestyle State Placewinner, a 4x Member of Team Pennsylvania, was selected to Team WPIAL for the Dapper Dan Classic, and finished his career at the NCAA Division 2 Level at Mercyhurst University.
As a coach, Jason was a State Champion HS Coach at Fort Lebeouf (PA) in 2007-2008. He then Coached his Alma Mater, Belle Vernon for 10 years; in 2015, they were WPIAL Runner-ups and State 5th. In 2016, WPIAL Champions and State 3rd. He has coached over 20 HS State Medalists, over 50 HS State Qualifiers, and over 50 Youth/MS State Medalists throughout PA and Florida. He and his wife, Lacey, opened Grappling House in November of 2018 and have quickly built one of the strongest youth teams in the Panhandle.

K-12 Assistant Coach Christian Oster
As a Competitor in West Virginia, Coach Oster was a 4-year letter winner. He went on to wrestle collegiately at West Virginia Tech, where he earned his degree in mechanical engineering.
He's got a young son in the program and is extremely good with the young ones. He is personable, friendly, reliable, and detail oriented. He motivates the beginners to give 100% effort in each match, learn something new everyday, and be the best they can.

K-12 Assistant Coach
Blake Wiswell
Blake Wiswell is a wrestling coach and former competitor and coach for Jensen Beach High School. He began wrestling at 8 years old and competed from the youth level through high school, earning 3 state qualifications during his career. With 7 years of coaching experience, Blake brings a teaching-focused approach to the mat that emphasizes fundamentals, attention to detail and the development of a strong training mindset. He believes these elements work together to build confident, technically sound wrestlers who are prepared to compete at the highest levels. Blake’s philosophy centers around consistency, fostering a strong work ethic, and mastering the basics. His goal as a coach is to provide athletes with the tools, habits, and mindset needed not only to succeed in competition, but to continue growing as wrestlers and individuals.

Toddler Coach, Cadee Lyons
As a competitor, Cadee is an alumnus of local Chiles High School and a longtime Grappling House member. She was a 2x FHSAA State Qualifier, placing 7th in the State of Florida as a Senior in 2024.
She's currently a student at Tallahassee Community College, where she's studying towards an Associates before aiming for a degree in Biomedical Science.
She's excellent with the young kids, and knows how to motivate them to get the most from them each practice. She's fun, personable, and has a widespread wrestling knowledge to help give the toddlers the perfect base for future wrestling success.

A 2nd Place Youth Team Finish in the State of Georgia (of 61 teams)
